As our items are handmade and therefore one of a kind, all sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging your items, we understand that mishaps can happen during shipping. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us directly at studio.winkle@gmail.com. Please attach images of the damaged item/s and it’s packaging. -
